We engaged Luis Sanchez, a member of the Up West Realty Group, to sell a 10+ ac parcel that we owned in a new subdivision outside of Lubbock. I had listed it originally on Zillow myself, but Luis called and offered several reasons why he could do it better and get it sold. He seemed like an honest, hard working young man and even though I was initially reluctant, I decided to see what he could do and let him list it. To this day, we have never actually met Luis, as everything was handled online and over the phone, that being said I have talked to him many times and he was always available to answer questions and give his advice when asked. He recently got the property sold for a fair price and we have officially closed, with us getting our money. Being from out of state I am not thoroughly familiar with the current Lubbock real estate market (as if anyone is familiar with ANY real estate market right now) but I feel Luis did a fine job for us and got us a decent price. We also feel he treated us fairly and was always available to answer our calls or texts. Considering he did this for people he has never met in person, I feel this speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. I would not hesitate to use Luis for any real estate transactions we might have in the future and I recommend you consider him for your needs too.
