    I worked with United Realty team member Cassandra Rosa and she was AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in Hobbs, New Mexico. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions and concerns in detail, had great communication with me through the entire process, educated me along the way, and was just all around amazing. She showed me how to prepare home for the market, how to stage and things to do to enhance professional photos, how to prepare for showings etc.She always kept me in the loop and would send updates as we went along. She listed my home and had it under contract in 17 hours with closing completed in 5 weeks. She sent updates through the closing process and stayed on top of things to ensure all was going as planned and to make sure I understood the different phases of closing. My experience with Cassandra couldnt have been any better. I would definitely give her ten stars.

    Ladonna was the best realtor I could have asked for! When I saw the house it was just posted we jumped on it so quick. We closed Friday!! If we wouldn’t have it would have been gone!     I don’t even know where to begin with my satisfaction with Rodney! It all started with a home buyers class where he spoke about purchasing new construction homes. I knew from that moment he was the one I wanted to help me find my first home. His knowledge, no nonsense approach and true genuine care for his customer had me sold. He was patient with us through the showing and bidding process. We bid on what was “the one” and got out bid and a little disheartened. Within hours of losing out on it he had already found us a better one!!! He was there for every question I had no matter how ridiculous it might have been. We ended buying land directing from the owner which to be forthcoming, don’t take shortcuts and trust your realtor because although I learned a lot I’ll never not rely on my realtors again! Thank God everything went smoothly however doing it directly ended up not being exactly what we thought we were looking for, so we decided to sell.     Great staff all around. Cassandra Rosa is an excellent realtor!Cassandra gets 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt.     Cant begin to express how happy we are with Rodney Davis at United Realty. When I contacted UR to sell my dads house in Hobbs, I was afraid they might be too big or too busy to want to take on this house. They came out the very next day to do a walk through and had comps for us that same day. They made me feel like I was their only client instead of one of many. We listed the house just when everything was closing down and people were asked to stay home during this COVID 19 pandemic so I was surprised that people were even looking at houses. We had a buyer in 6 weeks and actually closed on the house less than 3 months after listing it, even in the middle of this pandemic. Amazing!Since I live almost 6 hours away from Hobbs, Rodney handled so many of the details for us and was always available to provide access to the home for inspections and any work that needed to be done.     My mother passed away in January. She had a very nice small house she had lived in for 60 years. I needed to sell her house since I live out of town and dont return very often. I tried to find someone I could deal with on a long distance basis (1700 miles). United Realty and Rodney Davis were recommended by an acquaintance at a store in Hobbs. I had previously contacted another real estate company but the agent did not get back to me in a timely manner so I called Rodney.He came over to the house to look it over the next day. He was very accommodating. I had just flown through two time zones and my camera clock was off so I wasnt there at the appointed time. He came back later. He looked around and told me he could sell the house.I was very impressed by his energy and can do attitude. After signing all the usual papers he listed the house and started advertising. In 7 days an offer came in from another real estate company. He handled the counteroffers and gave me a lot of advice on how to respond and what was reasonable to offer. We did all the documents remotely with electronic signature so I could sign them from 1700 miles away. Worked very well once (I) learned how to do it. Rodney kept me updated and informed by text and phone. He answered my questions in a timely and enthusiastic manner. The sale progressed at a normal rate and the closing was in July. All closing documents were sent to me by Fedex and were easy to sign and send back He continued to keep me informed of the progress up until funding and after.My experience with Rodney Davis and United Realty was as if I was right there in Hobbs yet I was 1700 miles away. I would recommend both United Realty and Rodney Davis to anyone local or at a distance to list their house. The house was not expensive and the commission was not enormous but Rodney treated it with the same care as any other listing.

    I contacted United Realty for help selling a property in Hobbs. Rodney Davis worked with me to establish a selling strategy and identified a potential buyer almost immediately. There was hold up on my end that delayed the sell for several months causing the original candidate buyer to understandably lose interest. Rodney was patient and stood by while I sorted out the details to once again be ready to sell. We immediately re-entered the market the day I was ready again and sold the property efficiently and quickly. It was a relatively small dollar property, but Rodney gave it the due attention and was very responsive through the entire process. Living out of state, he helped me close the deal remotely without me once having perform any action in person.     United has changed what I expect from realtors! Rodney handled everything from the moment I made the call. He handeled the light repairs that needed to be done to picking up a Christmas gift that shipped to our old address by mistake. He had us a buyer within a week so things moved quickly.     Mireya Estello helped us with the sell of my mothers house. We began in July and by Labor day weekend there was a contract on the home. It was hard selling my mothers home but Mireya was so kind and helpful. She stepped in and got contractors for the roof and some painting and clean-up work.
