Having Sarah Vega as our real estate agent was a perfect experience! Living in Sanderson Tx I felt like my house would remain on the market for quite sometime. My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Shirley to purchase our home in Alpine. From start to finish she was always by our side making sure we were informed and satisfied with each step. Questions and concerns were answered promptly no matter the day or time.Shirley was incredibly helpful to us in so many ways but one stood out: she loves looking at houses. It was almost as though the three of us were looking to buy. She kept us focused to look over the entire house when we would get distracted by the beautiful views from a porch. She also did not hesitate to point out repairs that were needed or features that did not fit our wants which was much appreciated.When you read all of Shirleys reviews here, you might wonder, can anyone be THAT good? Yes. Absolutely, yes!I also want to thank Debra for her help at the very beginning of our journey. She set the tone/standard for what became a satisfying home buying experience.

My husband and I used the VA home loan process to buy a house. Our agent, Debra Johnson out of Fort Stockton Texas, was more than willing to work with us when other realtors wouldnt give us the time of day. Debra is without a doubt the best realtor to have in your corner when searching for a home, brokering the deal, and navigating through closing. She is there for you through the whole process and goes above and beyond.One thing that I really liked when we were looking at homes was that she was attentive and quick to point out the things that she saw, whether they were pros or cons; she never tried to divert our attention and always gave her honest opinion about things. She looks at the houses with you as she would if she were the one planning to live in it.Working with Debra is like working with a close friend. She goes out of her way to stay in touch, answer any question you may have (even if it is technically not her responsibility), follow up with the various people involved to ensure things get accomplished so the process does not stagnate, work with your schedule (which was a big deal since I teach and am not available most business hours), and help her clients through any uncertainties they may have. With Debra in our corner it did not matter that my husband and I did not have any home buying experience and thus did not always understand the process, there was not a single question that she could not answer. She is very knowledgeable in her field and the processes related to it. We are so grateful for her wealth of knowledge and the resources she provided in addition to answers.Not only was she available via phone and email outside of what would be considered business hours to most folks, she made several hour long trips to our remote location.I would highly recommend Debra for all your home buying/selling needs. Not only was she there through the entire process start to finish, she and her husband celebrated with us the very day we finished signing.

Shirley was amazing helping us not only find our home but through the entire buying process as well. Any questions I had were answered quickly no matter the day or the time. If at any point she was unsure of the answer she would find it and get back to us very quickly. My husband and I were well informed throughout the entire process and all documents needed were sent over in a timely manner to ensure our closing did not get pushed out. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone in the near by area!!

Seriously the best, you cant do better. Debra Johnson and Bill Everett worked for more than a year to get the warehouse sold, and it finally paid off. Their patience, willingness to work hard and jump on an opportunity when it arose were just amazing, and time they took to work with us was stellar. We met Debra when she sold our previous house, and when we were interested in buying the warehouse, we went back to her. When it was time to sell it, we depended on her once more, and were glad we did! Now that shes in her own franchise, shes a force to be reckoned with in Fort Stockton.

Debra is the agent who helped us with our home buying process. She is one of the most helpful agents you can ever work with. She went out of her way with everything. From showing us the house as many times as we needed until we were sure it was the house for us. To helping us with the application and getting everything we needed sent off and approved. She explained everything thoroughly so we could understand exactly what we were signing. She will always go out of her way for every customer. So I will always highly recommend her to anyone. She makes you feel like family not like just another customer! If we ever sell or buy again we will definitely be going to her.

My wife and I moved here from CA. During this entire process we worked with Connie Day. She made this transaction quite smooth.She seemed to handle all of my concerns with prompt answers and if there were any issues she was always ready to complete the request without hesitation.I will admit that I was somewhat of a pain when it came to timing of some of the concerns we had but, she handled them very professional and provided a patient understanding to my issues. She handled the CA wakeup calls like a trooper.I would recommend Connie to any and all of my friends that might be looking into relocating into the area.
