Michael and Christina helped us buy our new house and sell our old one. Their guidance in both scenarios was invaluable. We took their recommendation to paint and stage our house - and were very happy with the results (which contributed to selling our house at the competitive price point they listed it for). We were also very pleased with the offer they encouraged us to make on our new house - that the buyer accepted. Through all of this, they were on top of all communication between all parties (agents, inspectors, title companies, etc.).
