When it was finally time to sell my parents home of 40 years after their passing, I wanted a compassionate and knowledgeable realtor to guide me through a very painful process.The moment I met Kathleen Bailey, she radiated warmth and kindness, yet was very professional. She was patient with me, since it took some time to clear out some things and be ready to let go of my childhood home. She aided me in getting help with repairs that needed to be done, and was generally just very helpful, especially since I live two hours away.Through this process, I feel that Kathleen became more than my realtor, she became a friend. Cynthia is an amazing realtor. She had our home sold in less then a month and got more then we asked. You see that was my childhood home and the place my grandpa built. My mom couldnt live there for her health issues and it was difficult for us to sell. The money we received will build my mom a little tiny home and give her a place to call her own, instead of living in my house. She lost her independence along time ago and this will give it back to her. Because of Cynthia hard work and care to us she was able to give my mom a piece of mind. I would ramble on the phone about how hard it was to sell about the history of our home and about how upset i was about the condition of it. She listened and she cared. So know that you have an amazing person your team. That goes above and beyond to take care of her clients and your needs. When she sell your home she has your best interest at heart, not her commission.
