Choosing a Realtor in San Marcos can be a challenge because of so many qualified professionals in the area, but when deciding to purchase a home after many years of living outside the region, we are so happy with our choice to use Margaret Ennis of TX Real Estate Brokers. Margaret was happy to visit as many homes as necessary to make sure we were confident and comfortable with the home we eventually decided to buy, even in the extreme Texas heat, she never complained! She was patient with all of our questions, understanding of our needs and was exactly the advocate we needed. In fact, we later learned that there had been a number of hiccups along the way that Margaret had handled on our behalf, so as not to burden us unnecessarily until the appropriate time came to loop us in. Without her pushing us along each step, the process wouldnt have been completed by the time we needed to move out of our other home.
