On June 22nd, we listed our home with Two Lakes Real Estate and on August 23rd we left the title company having completed the sale. From the perspective of a seller, the entire transaction was a breeze. Our agent, Blake Lufburrow, helped us identify a price point which ensured the property would generate interest. Blake and his team aggressively marketed the property by hosting two open houses and ensuring the property maintained a notable presence on third party websites. As we approached the closing, a problem developed with the deed on one of our lots. Within a week Blake had located two generations of owners and had everything lined out prior to our closing.We found Blake to be quite knowledgeable in regard to the local real estate market and how best to approach the unique situations created by today’s economy. Blake ensured we were kept informed of all activity and provided a voice of reason. While I am sure other companies could have sold our property, I am not sure they would have left us with the feeling of satisfaction that we had when working with Two Lakes Real Estate. Needless to say, we would recommend Blake and Two Lakes without reservation. Good job and thanks for all of your efforts on our behalf.
