We had the best experience with Twin Rivers Real Estate! We were unsure about selling our home two years ago. We had a for sale sign in our yard, received an offer and changed our minds! Shelley was so patient with us and understood this was a hard decision to make. When we were ready to buy, she had a home in mind and kept us posted as to when the seller was going to put it on the market. We purchased that home a week ago today! I had a lot I wanted to sell. Twin Rivers landed a buyer right away. The buyer changed their plans and decided to look for a house instead of building. There was three other buyers who wanted to put a trailer house there but my side was zoned against that plan. I did take it off the market deciding to go ahead and leave my property to my grandchildren. The staff at Twin Rivers were very accommodating. I personally recommend this realtor for any one wanting personal care when deciding to sell or purchase real-estate.
