From the beginning I knew my wife and I needed knowledgeable professionals to sell our house. After doing some research and meeting Jamie Haynes, everything I knew about real estate pointed to Trangle Realty. Having a rural home was the challenge as not everyone want to live in the country even though the property was in Howardwick. Lexy gave us some useful pointers and soon we were showing! Eight months in the moment seemed an eternity but we got an offer we accepted. Although it was not the first, it was firm and we closed today! It was obvious the entire Haynes Team was working for us and it showed. Could not have sold this house without your effort and diligence.

I was 100% satisfied. Triangle Reality and particularly Carol Sue Made our home buying experience go smoothly. The communication and attention to detail was superb. Carol Sue did so many extras for us it was unbelievable. She viewed houses in our absence, did live video walk throughs, recommend resources that saved us thousands of dollars. I would utilize there services again in a second and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. I will sell my home through them if that time comes.

My experience with Triangle Realty is unlike any experience Ive had with a realty company before. Unlike other companies, Triangle works as a TEAM. Rather than each agent acting independently, they work together to take care of customers. This meant that when one member of the team was busy with other customers, there was always another member available to respond to our questions and needs. Carol Sue, Julie, Lexy, and Kelsey were second to none! Not only were they our realtors, they became our friends! If you havent tried them, you should!
