Benjamin was great to work with from start to finish. He was referred to me as the best in his field and very knowledgeable about the area and surrounding areas. When explaining the difficult situation we were in, he assured me, almost in jest, that due to his extensive experience, anything we might see as an impossible obstacle, would be an easy day for him. I laughed and was immediately put at ease. He was honest about the good and the bad and had good advice with every obstacle. He cared about the buyers as much as us as the sellers. He was up front with everything for both parties involved. He was always happy to answer questions and never came across too busy for a conversation. For the most part, he was quick to respond. Definitely the best experience Ive ever had with a realtor. He was willing to work around our schedules. If he was unable to take a call or text, he always responded once he was free to do so. I never saw him without a smile. He is very intelligent and experienced in his field. His level of sophistication and professionalism was a surprise and accepted with a warm welcome. He had a contract on our house in just weeks. We had a few bumps in the process but he took them in stride. I would say anyone looking to buy or sell, hes you man.
