We first worked with Tracy Realty in 2002 when we purchased a home in the Dallas Metroplex and enjoyed the experience greatly. Tracy was responsible, professional and his advice most helpful in making the right decision. It was a no-brainer for me to return to Tracy Realty, after the death of my husband, when I moved to Texoma and needed the expert advice of a realtor.. Tommi was engaging and caring as I trudged through various houses before settling on the one to purchase. While I pray I shant again need a realtor if that were to happen, I would instantly reach out to Tracy Realty. It is good when buying/selling a home to have professional experts to guide. It is far better afterwards to discover that you have gained valuable new friendships. That is how my husband and I feel about Tommi Sue Homuth and her associates at Tracy Realty—they came through for us as reliable experts, but took care of us as valued friends.The house we were selling was small and needed work, but Tommi didn’t flinch. With a positive attitude, she pointed out and validated our home’s strong features, and not only gave great advice for improvements, but looked and listened before giving it! We picked her brain on many different aspects and options. Each time Tommi gave us thoughtful insight and knowledgeable input regarding the neighborhood, potential buyers, and profit margin vs. quick sale, consistently putting our best interests above possible commission. She answered additional questions over the telephone, and even stopped by more than once to evaluate and advise us on our progress.Meanwhile, looking for a new house was a bit awkward for me. There were title issues preventing a smooth transition, and I dropped the ball on getting them resolved. I’m swamped with so much going on, I missed my closing day and they didn’t bat an eye even after loosing the sale (my fault) in helping me find a resolution to get it sold!
