Tracey Pritchard is a consummate real estate professional. I needed to downsize and relocate. At the inception of this client/agent relationship, Tracey provided a time line and specific details for each part of the process: understanding that less is more prior to the photo session, coordinating the photo session with the photographer, providing feedback when buyers realtor posted information, emailed listings as homes came on the market.She explained every facet and detail of a contract, negotiating to provide her client ( the best price, based on her extensive expertise. When a home became available for purchase, she worked diligently to secure the home. As Tracey says, Walking in just the right home will light up the clients eyes.She is patient, encouraging, affirming, and kind of like a coach---knowing how to make everything work at every phase of the process. Great game plan!

My husband and I have used Tracey for 3 different transactions from both a buying and selling perspective. She is trustworthy and knowledgeable with a vast array of experience which will help you if you are buying (dont overpay) or selling (how to add value). When things did not go as planned for us on one transaction, she rented a temporary storage facility and hired a pool service and lawn service to handle things until our medical emergency was over. She also helped find a very good out of state agent to sell a property there without requesting or receiving any part of the commission. To say she goes the extra mile would be an understatement. We can recommend her without reservation.
