I had to sell house out of state and Tracey was recommended to me by a family member in Texas. Being out of state and not knowing the market trusting Tracey was the absolute right choice to make this happen. She was efficient and knowledgeable not only with the sale part but getting the house ready for sale as well as vendors for all kinds of different needs, including title company. The title company she chose for us was most helpful and we did a mobile close and all was well. I can’t say enough good things about Tracey and her team!

Tracey and her venders went to work and made it look fantastic for a minimal amount of time and money. She was easy , professional and fun to work with. Tracey has gone above and beyond throughout the entire process from the sell of our home to the purchase of our next home.She is very knowledgeable in what to update in the selling home that allowed us to receive a full price cash offer (original listing price)for with a 3 week close for a fast, efficient sell.She isn’t just a realtor, she helped with contractors, loan officers, mortgage companies, etc. Weekends or nights it didn’t matter, she took our call and constantly advocated for us while making sure we understood realistic expectations throughout the entire process.Tracey has become part of our family and we are forever grateful for her commitment to the purchase of our biggest asset!

We had no idea where to start and Tracey and her team handled several vendors to get the house ready ... and before we even got it listed she had investors who made us offers so we would not have to even worry about it being on the market! It was perfect because they paid cash and closed fast, and we didn’t have to make any repairs! No matter what you are selling in North Texas use Tracey. You won’t be disappointed! Professional people who know their jobs! We were taken all over creation and spent days with them figuring out what we wanted because we honestly didnt know! No catering to our fears, just telling it like it is. When it came time to sell my uncles house there were a ton of considerations for all the heirs and Tracey handled it like the pro she is. We so appreciate her laying it all out and going over the details time and again (a lot of cousins had questions after getting packets). I was planning to sell my house when my husband was ill and she came in and was so respectful of his condition. Later she provided what I needed to fight property taxes. Cant recommend Tracey and her team highly enough!
