    I recently relocated from New York City to Austin and was referred to Shelley Dahlman by a friend in New York City. Shelley made my experience buying a condo wonderful and hassle free.     I could not be more happy with the level of service and knowledge Towers Realty brings to the table. Amber gave me confidence, earned my trust, and baby stepped me in times of need. I first worked with her a few years ago when I was buying a property and more recently as a seller of that property. Shelley is amazing. I had some concerns with selling my house, but she did the research and put me at ease every step of the way. The next time I need a realtor in the Austin area I will be calling Shelley.I had the honor to work with Shelley Dahlman at REATX. I was moving from California to Texas and had very little time to find a house and have it close before I arrived. Shelley was able to organize a large amount of homes for me to view during a 2 day trip to Austin. We found my home and we started the buying process. I was doing this from California and Shelley was keeping me updated with everything that was happening. I am detailed in thinking and she stepped up and keep great notes for me.     When we decided to list our downtown Austin condo at The Shore - due to a job relocation - we knew the best folks to call would be TOWERS Realty. Towers website, informational emails, and the professionalism of the staff had us convinced that they were the ones to go with. We worked with Amber Galligan and Lesley Taylor.Having recently sold our condo, it seems like a good time to reflect on our experience and provide a review... Amber and Lesley provided great expertise on the market and the selling process throughout. Both were extremely organized, prepared, and responsive, and we never felt out of the loop or unsupported. They were a great resource and we relied on their opinions and expertise to make decisions on issues that popped up during the marketing and contract phases of the sale.The service level was extremely high - they did (much) more than simply list the property on the MLS.Being out of town sellers, it was a major bonus to have representatives who lived/owned downtown. Whenever something came up or a small need arose - we knew that with a quick call, someone could go and check things out in our unit and address whatever was needed. It was a comfort.To summarize, we were very pleased with the service and commitment that Amber and Lesley brought to selling our condo and we are grateful to have worked with them!     It was such a pleasure to work with Shelley Dahlman from REATX Realty! She was very patient with us in finding the right rental home. We worked with Shelley for about four months and finally found our home this month. Given how quickly everything moves in the Austin real estate market, you need Shelley in your corner. She tailored a MLS search of homes available and zoned in the Cedar Park Middle School area. As soon as we saw a house available that we liked I would email her right away and she would move quickly to get an appointment scheduled for the next day.     Buying a house in Austin is like trying to win the lottery, youre competing against upwards of 50 offers for properties that have been on the market for less than 2 days. Most offers are sight unseen bids from California expats who are willing to pay above and beyond. You need a realtor like Shelley Dahlman to tip the balance back in your favor.Our house had 15 bids within 12 hours of listing, all way over asking with multiple all cash offers. Without Shelley, there’s no way we would have landed our home. Her ability to remain calm under pressure (which kept my wife and I calm during one of the most stressful events in your life!), knowledge of the local market to advise on a realistic first bid were key factors.However, the way she built trust and rapport with the sellers’ agent was where she came into her own. She made sure we were up to speed on the latest competing offers, and found solutions when a big, all cash offer almost gazumped us at the 11th hour, ensuring we still came out on top.Even a year after the we closed, she was instrumental in advising us on homecare tips to avoid flooding and other potential damages we would have not known to do (we’re not from the US so first time in a snowstorm) which I’m sure saved us thousands of dollars.In a market as crazy as this, I couldn’t recommend Shelly highly enough and wouldn’t be in my home without her.

Josh was a stellar advocate for understanding the broader market landscape and what type of place met my financial goals and timeline. We arranged to see a house for rent and met the listing agent. Shelley Dahlman happened to be there, I guess showing the place to another couple. We wound up talking with her briefly after seeing the house, and we just clicked.She found the rental we were looking for. And she read our minds, somehow as we were approaching the end of our year lease we reconnected with her I suppose she had a reminder that wed likely be looking again and I think she reached out to us.Let me just say that we are VERY particular.
