Working with Tim Lester was definitely a pleasure. I had an older home with very few updates that needed to be sold quickly. Tim & his team did a wonderful job on the listing video making my home look beautiful. Tim went above & beyond to help me sell my house! When I was having to work out of town on days someone needed to enter the house, I was blessed to be able to rely upon Tim for his help. There were a few times my frustration level was high due to some unforeseen issues with the house. Tim was patient & understanding through a couple rants and helped me resolve those issues. He had many open houses in order to get more people to come to the house. Tim was very helpful throughout the entire process and helped to make the sale go as smooth as possible. He is a great realtor and I highly recommend him!
