I’ve never written a review for anyone or anything before but I felt compelled to sing Holly’s praises. I went from barely considering buying a house to being under contract in two weeks. As a first-time home buyer I was not well versed in anything real estate. I had no idea what the terminology was or what was all involved and she walked me through it, every step of the way. In my case, she went above and beyond what a normal agent would do – thinking outside the box and helping me get the house I wanted. Holly checked in consistently but was never overbearing. She always made herself available to help, even after closing. She’s very enthusiastic and determined – always having my best interests at heart. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes out of her way to help any way she can. She’s very knowledgeable and guided me with reassurance. She put me at ease during the whole process and made home buying a less scary process. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. 100 stars out of 5.

I met Holly a couple years before I was ready to buy a home. She kept me on her radar, but she was patient as I got ready. When it came time, she went full force helping me look for places that might work for me. She gave advice on different areas and looked into the background of houses I was interested in. When we went looking she was thorough and honest with what she saw. If you want someone who will go in 150% for you, you need Holly. She is available whenever you need her. She answers every question, finds good lenders for you to work with, and will go above and well beyond for you. She wants what is best for each and every client! She is a realtor and a friend when you need it most!! My home came with unexpected stress because of the seller, but I am thankful that Holly has been in my corner every step of the way. She was my rock through all the crazy, and I could not have made a better choice in a realtor!

There are not enough great things to say about Holly. We were recommended Holly by our friends, but wow she exceeded our expectations. We were first time “sellers” and Holly is THE MOST patient with all of these questions. She took the time to explain it to both me and my husband multiple times if needed. I am constantly telling people how wicked smart she is and remembers the fine details of your selling/buying process. She made us feel comfortable, taken care of, and she definitely fought for us!!! Other things to consider in a realtor: 1) she has so many connections in the different areas of maintaining a home ie roofers, plumbers, A/C repair, cleaners and they love Holly too! 2) she is by your side before, during, and after the process. You have a trusted realtor and friend for a lifetime!

Where do I start with this woman?! She’s more than a realtor - she’s a business partner. Holly takes on your sale or purchase as if it’s her own. From constant market updates, giving a realistic picture of where I could end up, wading through the non serious buyers to really close the deal, providing reccos for trades to completeWork after inspection, she is above and beyond just a realtor. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in what was a long journey (before meeting her) to get a house sold.
