Over the years my wife and I have had several really great Realtors in many states for our military moves and home purchases. Tracey Kerr with TopGuns has been second to none! We are moving to Montgomery County from out of state and she has been all over everything weve needed and then some! Schooling us in Texas real estate, being able to meet contractors at the house because were not there, and generally keeping us in the loop with everything we need to do and know....I just cant say enough. If youre not hiring Tracey as your agent youre missing out!

Our family had the pleasure of having Mr. Keith Robertson represent us in the purchase of our investment properties. The reason we chose him above other real estate brokers we met was that he genuinely care about us and wasn’t pushy. He educated us about the market as we were not that familiar with the area. He worked hard to find us great investments and negotiated well to make sure we got a good deal. He made sure he and his team made the purchasing process as smooth and quick as possible. Keith Robertson was our realtor and he helped negotiate the best purchase price possible on all of our homes, while making sure we knew any potential problems. One of the houses we purchased he negotiated down $50k less than the asking price. He has an incredible amount of experience and wisdom with the markets in our area so we knew if we were buying into a good neighborhood and getting a good value.TopGuns Realty has also helped us find great renters for these rental properties. In 2020 we finally decided to move to Montgomery County and Keith was the one person I felt would help us find a home. We moved in August 2nd and love it.
