    Shanan and Katie are very passionate about what they do. They are quick to answer phone calls, text messages, and emails. They did an amazing job staging our home and hosting open houses. They are very well known in the Crystal Falls neighborhood so that is why we went with them! Katie even helped tidy up my house last minute for a showing when I had a lot going on with my kids, work, and my husband out of town. Shanan went over to our house on moving day and grabbed my wedding dress that had accidentally been left in the guest closet! She was so kind to hold onto it until I could get back in town.     Shanan and her team are the absolute BEST! From the beginning to the end, they are with you every step of the way and beyond. I reached out to Shanan who was highly recommended from a very good friend of mine in the Leander area. I was moving not only my family out of state but our business as well.     My girlfriend and I just graduated college and were looking to move into a house. We first thought about renting, and then met with Tamara Nelson who advised us how great the market is to buy a house right now! She is a close friend of my mother and quickly became a second mother to us throughout the process! We found a house early on and started the paperwork process strong. Unfortunately, the Home builder representative and lender did not fill out their paperwork in time and caused some delay. Tamara immediately moved to action and did everything she could to minimize the delay!     I cannot say enough good things about Jason Dishong and his generosity of time and how much he cared about our family in the process. We were moving six children to Leander and let me tell you, it was scary as we came down the wire. Jason fought for us when we were among several applicants interested in a house, and when we werent approved, he encouraged us that a better house was out there.
