Having spent several years living in various apartment complexes, I was ready to move into a house. When I mentioned my case to a close friend of mine, he recommended that I call Ritchie Canady, an agent he had used in the past. Upon contacting Ritchie initially to explain my situation, he showed a genuine interest in assisting in my search. He also demonstrated much confidence and was very knowledgeable in the rental process. After our consultation, I felt a sense of relief, knowing I was in good hands. He thoroughly explained the process to me and allowed me the time I needed to gather all my information. He diligently searched for and arranged a list of all the houses that fit my specific criteria. I found that he was always patient and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Also, he was always easy to contact, as well as prompt when any meetings were arranged to view a property. Ritchie is a very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful agent. He made my house hunting experience easy, successful, and fun! I would highly recommend Ritchie as an agent to anyone I know.

My husband and I moved from Iowa to Katy in a very hurried manor. Not being happy with the area we landed in, we started investigating The Woodlands and felt more at home there. Ritchie has been a fantastic resource and worked with us very closely. We found a rental home in an area where we are going to be much happier thanks to him. If we are ever in the market to move again, Ritchie will be the first contact we make!!!

I thought the move from Wisconsin to Texas was going to be difficult, as I had experienced some issues with rental properties I had found on craigslist and such. I came across Ritchie Canadys name and number, gave him a call, and he was such a godsend!Within the day, Ritchie found me properties to move in to exactly where I was looking AND in my budget. When it came time to apply, he was MORE than helpful in the process. He had answers to just about any question I could have, and gave me honest opinions of the places I asked about.When all was said and done, I had an apartment to move in to, stayed UNDER my budget, and the process was all hassle free. Moving across the country is not easy, and finding a place to live is one of the biggest headaches. Without Ritchie, Im sure I would STILL have that headache. I would recommend him to ANYONE that is on the search for their new home, as he took care of me as if he was an old friend yet was still extremely professional.GREAT JOB RITCHIE! Thanks a TON!

Ritchie Canady is amazing. He followed up with me 100% of the time while helping me find an apartment. The place he suggested was not only beautiful but has FANTASTIC amenities and is right up my alley. I never would have thought to look in the Spring/Woodlands area but I am so happy with my choice. He really gave me a reason to look forward to 2016. I would recommend him to help anyone looking for a new place to live.

I recently got a job in the Woodlands and started looking for apartments nearby so that I wound no longer have to commute from Tomball. At first I was looking on my own through craigslist and with walk-ins. The problem I was constantly running into was the fact that I have a 45lb mutt. He looks like a miniature german shepard which was causing problems because those are an aggressive breed...which is ridiculous to begin with. As soon as I would show a picture of my dog to the leasing office they would tell me no.One of my co-workers suggested that I give Ritchie a call. After talking to him for 5 min and explaining what I was looking for and the dog situation he sent me 4-5 listings that met my needs. On top of that after I asked for more info on a particular place he called the property manager and got approval fro my dog and a great deal on a great apartment. Ritchie Canady went above and beyond to find a place for me and took a personal interest in my situation. If you want results from someone who actually cares than he is your man.
