It’s not easy to pick a real estate agent, especially when you are selling the home you raised your children in and moving on to the next phase of life. In fact, it is downright stressful. Thankfully, I had the good fortune of being led to The Stiles Agency. In fact, Pete Stiles was HIGHLY recommended by two of my most trusted and intelligent friends. They had also had stellar experiences via Pete Stiles and his crew, and recommended him without reservation. I never once regretted my choice.Pete is a true professional who understood what I was undertaking. He and his colleague Karl Lundin gave me expert guidance from the beginning, with a lot of regard to my situation, needs, and finances that other realtors simply did not offer.When it came time to accept a deal (within a month of listing!), I felt supported and advised through the entire sales process.
