BEST decision by far was hiring Sherae Smith to represent me as a buyer! I needed someone I could trust to walk me through the home buying process. Working with Sherae was a true blessing! As a first time homebuyer I had “the list” of must haves and unfortunately my first attempt at purchasing a home did not go as planned.
