I just wanted to take a minute to express to anyone looking for a realtor in or around the San Antonio area to give Kevin a call. Kevin helped my wife and I sell our wonderful home of 25 years in San Antonio and relocate to our forever home in Helotes. The process could not have been easier. Kevin is always one phone call away and was with us throughout the entire process of the closings on both homes. Also, Kevin helped my 25 year old twin sons with the purchase of their first homes here locally. When a person or business far exceeds your expectation I think others should hear about it. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. The photographs of our home were beautiful. Our home sold quickly for full asking price and Kevins cost was a flat fee of $2,500.00. That literally saved us $16,000.00. In addition to that, he helped us find a new home. I will never use any other realtor/broker.
