I am very happy that Jami Shelton was my realtor selling my house. It’s been 30 years since I last sold a house and needed an expert to assist. I didn’t commit for months but Jami contacted me on a monthly basis until I was ready. She gave excellent ideas in staging the house . The house never looked better! The house sold in 15 days. During the entire sale process Jami was always available. She kept me informed of any issues and we were able to resolve them quickly due to her efficiency. It felt as though I had a realtor that only I was her client. She is the best. I highly recommend her. Her expertise and great communication skills meant I was able to sell a house quickly and get the proceeds I expected. I would hire her again. In my opinion, she’s the best in the business.

Mike Loftis is the very best realtor I have ever worked with. If I could give him more starts, I would do so gladly. He was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He was most helpful and went above and beyond to sale my house at a very good price. He looked for all the positives my house had to offer and wrote nice home description for the multiple listing. He arranged for movers and was there to supervise them loading a Uhaul for me. He responded to all my phone calls and emails within minutes. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling their home. Overall, a great guy!

They handle all the details, they give monthly electronic updates, and theyll call you if theres actually something that needs attention. They offer true property management.

You will have trouble finding anyone better than Mike Loftis. My wife and I moved to Midland last July through a company transfer. We have been through this process before; more than half a dozen times in the last decade. Normally we get set up with someone the relocation company uses but we decided to go through Mike Loftis through a referral from a friend. Mikes knowledge of the community and connections are outstanding. He even had a friend who was a roofer, check the roof after a hail storm before closing. My family is getting to be too good at moving and Mike checked things we had never thought of. He even still checks up to see how we are doing and is there if we need anything from a handyman referral to questions on the sale. With Mike you may hire a real estate agent but will end up with a great friend as well.
