To Alex Pardo,Hello Alex, I am writing this review for you. Youre the best ! When Alex and I first met, we only had a chance to talk a few minutes. Alex, immediately sent off to me some houses he thought I might be interested in. I wasnt impressed. Yes, he tried to help me but on the next two pages on Redfish there was two homes similar priced $10,000 to $ 20,000 cheaper. I informed him exactly what I was looking for. Boy ! Did he get on board. He found exactly what I was looking for, a fixer upper. I tried to purchase the home. To make a long story short, I did everything wrong. The house purchase fell through. I talked to Alex; he guided me as to how to proceed buying my next home without the problems I tried to do myself. He guided me every step of the way. And I mean every step of the way ! This process was a little slower but when I/we got all the details straight, we were ready. Three months later I was able to purchase my home. Getting all the details straight before we even start looking was paramount. Even after I/we found a home I wanted, Alex came through again by guiding me through the process. And, YES, there were so many details Alex helped me solve, along the way, I am sure glad I had Alex on my team. There was so many details I incurred an Alex informed me of details I was not aware of, I would have been lost. At the time I purchased this house, all the appliances came with it. You added a warranty package to all home appliances that was I was not aware of at the time. You saved me, three month after the purchase of the home the dryer went out. Six months later the stove went out, and thirty days before the warranty expired, the refrigerator went out. Frank Velasco was our buyer and we could not have had a better man in our corner, double checking even our mortgage estimates!!! Worked with us every step of the way! For those of you having any doubts about enlisting a buyers agent, let me put you at ease, choose Diego Fernandez with Ryan and Brian Real Estate. After years of saving, my wife and I decided we were finally ready to purchase our new lot to build our future home on. We knew the process would be tedious and thus decided to arm ourselves with a knowledgeable individual well versed in this process and thus sought out a buyerās agent. Weeks of interviews with various agents went by, finally we stumbled upon an agent who was exactly would we were looking for. Since our initial call, Diego Fernandez has been an exceptional individual. It is very evident he is passionate about his work, hardworking, and a great customer advocate. He has always made himself easily accessible via multiple means of communication and followed up in a timely manner as promised. Since our initial agreement, we have now successfully completed 3 purchases with him. Through each of our transactions he has explained to us every process that will occur and educated us on what to expect next. Needless to say, each transaction has been as smooth and headache free as the last. He works around our chaotic schedules and have even made the effort to be physically present throughout each step of the purchasing process (viewing, inspecting, and closing).
