On one deal when the builder was not performing to satisfactory standards, Roman was quick to professionally but assertively addressed my concerns with the builder and provided them with acceptable options on how they could remedy the situation. Roman is highly experienced and has great connections with other professionals who can help with the home buying or selling journey. I would never think of using anyone else but Roman and his team.

We should have hired him from the start! When we realized we could be home owners we initially went with the agent who helped us find the house were then renting because we thought she would help us. We LOVE our new home. From the beginning to the end, Christina was amazing every step of the way. We were just looking and honestly afraid to get a realtor because we wanted to look and not be pressured into buying right away. I lived in Dallas and my boyfriend lived in Austin, we were not in a hurry and wanted to find something that fit us both. Christina took on the challenge and provided us many options without making us feel pressured yet was always available when we were ready to look. She scheduled showings around our schedule and needs when I was in town. Our financing fell through and she was right on top of it to offer other suggestions and we were able to get approved right away so we didn’t lose out on the house we wanted. She helped find inspectors and even helped get in contact with other experts to ensure roofing and foundation was as it should be. It felt like I was working with my best friend. She had our needs above “the sale” even a few months after we bought our house she was checking in to offer assistance reminding us about primary residence deadlines and other useful information. My experience with Roman was extremely positive. In Early 2012, I was looking for a home that would fit my needs, but more importantly my daughters schooling needs as well. He came to my former house and asked me all the important questions that could help him in finding a home that would suit my needs. Roman was very professional, was always available when we needed him and I really felt that he was there to work for us as the seller. In fact, we had a situation where our appraisal came in $10k under the asking price due to the comps that the appraiser used. Roman understood the necessity of getting the full asking price for us to move forward in purchasing our new home and instead of just saying “it is, what it is”, Roman really fought for us and got a revised appraisal performed at the value we needed! A realtor is supposed to represent their client, and Roman Lopez does a superb job of that. We used Roman as our realtor for buying our first house.When viewing homes, he brought copies of the MLS sheets for the properties wed see that day. He would keep his focus on us and our questions and concerns and was good at pointing out important issues. If someone else called, he let them know hed call them right back once hes done (which he does).Hes very prompt with communication. If we had a question, he made sure it was answered. If there was anything going on with the lender or title company, he made sure we knew about it. He worked with our lender to keep us informed on changing laws that would affect our loan and helped us save a great deal in the long run. When I wanted to read any paperwork ahead of time (e.g. for closing) he made sure I got a copy. He was very honest and straight forward with us, and when communicating with others, he was good at coming across as polite and professional yet assertive.We got to interact with several other realtors when looking at houses, and Id say Roman is definitely one of the good ones. We recommended Roman to our friends who recently bought their first house with his help, and we recommend Roman to anyone else looking to buy a home.

From start to finish everything was excellent. In the field I worked exclusively with Dee Dee Johnson and she was always on time and always there. She was available immediately in this tight market, all the time within a reasonable amount of time. Her advice was always on target as far as I am concerned. And when we had secured a contract her teammates also handled themselves as good, or better than I would ever expect. I have nothing but praise for the Roman Lopez team and they have even reached out afterwards to offer further services and to just say Thank You. I give them an A Plus !!!

This review is way over due considering we moved into our new home in June 2016. We had a horrible experience with our first lender who after 6 months of building and planning, was extremely non-responsive to our questions, comments or concerns. After some deep thoughts, we decided to move forward and try to purchase outright rather than build. I found a listing that was attached to Clarissa Lupton and it was almost like God had made a better plan for us. We were about to give up and just go back to renting when I ran across a listing and ended up contacting Clarissa. This will make my 3rd home in 17 years and Clarissa Lupton was by far, the most professional and responsive realtor Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. She was quick in responding to our request, set up listings for us to view within a few days and after 4 hrs of viewing on a Saturday, helped us get an offer in within hours of making our selection.
