For some, buying a home (or selling one for that matter) is a once or twice in a life time event. Having the right experienced realtor on your side is truly paramount.Syrissa Dominguez is not only an experienced realtor, but is extremely communicative, available, competent, trustworthy, accommodating, and overall... one of the best realtors Ive ever had the pleasure of working with.We encountered numerous obstacles and setbacks throughout the process of selling my mothers home in Taylor; however, Syrissa worked through every one of the issues through investigative work and leaning on her network of connections. Although we had an initial deal fall through, we ultimately sold the house and received almost $15K more in proceeds than if we would have closed on the first deal. The reason being that Syrissa monitors the market closely and constantly, and realized the shortage of inventory and the recent comps. Without her attention to this, we would have missed out on this incremental increase.Not only does Syrissa understand the intricacies and nuances of real estate transactions, she is well connected to multiple vendors for which you may need to assist with surveys, home repairs, and/or inspections.Bottom line, Syrissa will bend over backwards to make your house sale or purchase go as smoothly as possible.
