My husband and I worked specifically with JT, and he was such a blessing for us! His wisdom and insight on the home-buying process made us confident in our decisions every step of the way. It was a unique scenario in that we had to get a contingent offer accepted, and hustle to have our house ready for sale with in 2 weeks. JT helped us navigate what were the essentials to get fixed on our house (listing), so we could get what we wanted and have the funds to close on the house we wanted (buy). We did it, and received an offer in 3 days from list, and were able to move through the process and close in 30 days on both homes (same day). We cant recommend JT and his team enough.

Best Decision We Made as First-Time Home Buyers!!!Going with JT Hardcastle as our realtor was hands-down the greatest decision we made when searching for our first home! As our realtor, he made us feel like the only clients he had while navigating us through the tricky home-buying process. Essentially, he made home-buying easy for newbies. He continued to impress us with amazing recommendations as well. As an engineer, I thrive in the challenge of finding the lowest price without sacrificing quality. Whenever JT would recommend someone, I welcomed the challenge to find a different vendor with the same great reviews but lower pricing. And each time I would fail because there simply aren’t any better vendors out there! Not only does he recommend affordable colleagues, but they themselves are great people to work with! We listed on a Friday, held and open house on Saturday, and on Monday someone that attended the open house submitted a full price, no concession offer that we accepted. His, timing, pricing, & preparation guidance was spot on for a quick sale.

We recently purchased our first home with the help of The Real Estate Project and JT. It was kind of a long process with military assignments interrupting things and changing our minds multiple times. It could have been an extremely painful/stressful endeavor but JT made it exactly the opposite. He never pressured us, explained things in plain English, helped us decide to keep looking and pass on a couple homes that we weren’t sure about, and found us the perfect home. Never tried to push us towards anything but always gave his honest opinion. He knows the market in DFW and is great at guiding you through multiple offer situations.Bigger than all of that, however, is the contribution to a non-profit of your choice that the Real Estate Project will make in your name upon closing. JT is doing real work to improve the community and I won’t use anybody else when we look for our next home.

The builder had a delay and the entire time JT was patient and helpful in following up. I made sure I contacted JT for my next house purchase, and he was just as helpful, patient, and detail oriented as I remembered. JT has been wonderful to work with all over again. This is our second time working with him during the home buying process. His knowledge and attention to detail in understanding home locations, underlying value, implications of the ages of different houses and their large appliances was all incredible. Most of all, he was available. We went under contract for the sale of our house in Austin at the end of September, and thanks to JTs availability, expertise, and quick action, we were moving into our new home in Frisco on Nov 2. Our seller agent in Austin had surgery and was unavailable during part of that time and JT even did some extra legwork to pick up the slack and get the files we needed from the sale of our house in Austin, so that wed be in our house in Frisco on time. He also did a really good job on negotiations, both with the purchase price and with seller concessions. Hes humble, approachable, relatable, knowledgeable, professional. USE JT!
