Charles came out on a weekend in what seemed like arctic conditions to show us houses. We viewed houses that were not really in his wheelhouse, but it was obvious he spent time researching each property (11 in one day). He had background information and a realtors perspective on each one and in the end that valuable information saved us some headaches and landed us in an amazing home. Would highly recommend him as he is diligent, professional, informed, and not afraid to put in the work our situation required.
