Being a husband to my school sweetheart and the busy parent of two small children, I try to use reviews and all the information I can get my hands on to make the best decisions for my family. That being said, I felt absolutely compelled to spread the word to other individuals, couples and families about the amazing and unprecedented experience my wife and I had with The Pamela Walters Group! Many consider the past couple of years to be a tough real estate market. After buying and selling many homes in Tyler and surrounding areas, I can honestly say my wife and I can tell the difference in the real estate market 20 years ago and today. With that in mind, when selling our previous house and purchasing a new house, we knew we had to have the absolute best when it came to professionalism, intellect in the market, work ethic, strategy and availability. The Pamela Walters Group is the pinnacle and the embodiment of these necessities when buying or selling a home! Within this sturdy structure and awesome framework, however, is something everybody needs these days...a true heart and compassion. Pamela and her staff welcomed my wife and I with open arms, open ears and treated us with utmost respect and friendship from day one. We had a daunting task on our hands with selling and buying within a certain time frame, all of which was peppered with special requests, hopes, dreams and budgetary constraints.     Pamela Walters Group - The only real estate group I will ever use in Tyler. Pamela and her group of agents and office staff made my wife and I feel completely at home and got us into the home we were dreaming of in 2011. Not only did she have the difficult task of selling our home, which wasnt in the prime school district was in a tough market, but she had our desires to move into a very nice neighborhood and into a house with all kinds of our special requests. Pamela and her staff were available to us 24-7 by text, email, after hours, in person, etc. They made us feel like million dollar clients when we were actually very strapped for cash. Pamela took it upon herself to commit herself and her staff to putting my wife and 2 kids into exactly what we wanted for exactly the right price. She provided sub contracted staff to help with touch ups, staging, clean up, etc. at the drop of a hat. They loaned us their own moving truck to move from the old house to the new one, invited us to special events, shared celebratory champagne with us and have since kept in communication with us to see how we are doing. If you take the time to meet her and her staff, visit her wonderful, down-to-earth office, tour homes with her and understand buying and selling houses has challenges no matter what, you couldnt help but come away feeling special and confident in the real estate market. We are good friends even years after our buying and selling experience. She is a class act. Her office staff and procedures are impeccable. If you are on Yelp and looking at the reviews that try to blast the Pamela Walters Group or Pamela, or give negative feedback, I would try to remember a number of things. One, many people are so financially strapped, with extremely bad credit and stressed in their own situations, that could view any real estate experience as negative. Their own stresses and personal battles could easily lead to lashing out over the internet. We see it all the time when people vent prematurely or immaturely over social media or other review sites. Secondly, factor in the extremity of the negative reviews and ask yourself, does this 1 star and all this negativity even make sense considering the already fantastic public image and reputation Pamela Walters has in the community and surrounding area? I think you will come away with a good sense that the reality of negative reviews are very unrealistic. Pamela, if youre reading..thank you for helping us get our life on track and for our beautiful house!! You are a wonderful person and your staff is excellent.
