Stephanie helped us with selling our home and purchasing a new one. Stephanie was very attentive and she is very knowledgeable about real estate. She does her market research before making decisions which is so important! She was even kind enough to cover the cost of a professional home stager for us so that we could maximize our sales price putting more money in our pocket to help with the purchase of our next home. For our purchase, she provided guided so that we could make a lucrative offer. Our transaction took place during 2020 at a time when homes were flying off the market with multiple offers. She was quick to negotiate on our purchase transaction ensuring we would not lose the deal. Highly recommend her!
