I just wanted to say I greatly appreciate everything Brittany Torralva has done for me when it comes to finding a place. Because I am an out of state person relocating, it was hard to navigate but she made the whole process very easy and understandable for me. She was very patient and always worked with my work schedule. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is new(I am a recent college graduate from UF) to the housing selection process. Her response time is fast and she is always available and willing to personally visit the housing apartments if needed.

Not knowing the areas or apartment scene well, Jeremy found me an affordable apartment with everything I needed. But more than that, he’s a standout guy. My application process had some hiccups, and he went above and beyond—handled all the communication with the leasing office, took the initiative to visit them multiple times, and was by my side throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and peace of mind he provided. Without his help, this process would have been a nightmare, but thanks to Jeremys expertise and compassion, it was a breeze.

I really lucked out finding Brandi machuca their were other locators that I was talking to at the same time but she was very consistent texted at times past 5pm cuz I’m up at odd hours answered all questions rather than giving bland idgaf answers she was very thorough she found my perfect apt on first try and was in office and waiting before our scheduled time and came in on a Saturday for me when we did tour with leasing agent I felt like I didn’t even need to ask any questions because she asked every single question for me and even questions I didn’t even think about I even won a 50” Roku tv and free movers she was very comfortable to be around nice and professional thank you so much Brandi
