We had an exceptional experience working with The Melendez Real Estate Group (specifically Tammy & Julio) during the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. Their dedication, attention to detail, and expertise made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth.Their scheduling was impeccable, always accommodating our needs, and their knowledge of the market and the VA loan process was truly invaluable. Initially, we chose to work with Navy Federal for our lending needs, but unfortunately, this led to two significant delays. We opted to go with Tammy’s recommendation which proved to be an excellent decision.
