I highly recommend Carlos.He followed through with what he said he would do.He was very responsive at answering calls and texts anytime we had a question. He was able to get the house ready and sold even though it was the holiday season. His remodel team did great work and the buyers got a very good house!

Carlos and his team was great to work with. He was upfront and honest with us and delivered on his promises. He took on a full gut renovation and sale. He worked tirelessly to get the project finished and the house sold. He persevered through a Hurricane and keep his schedule on the renovation on track. He has a great sense of market trends and ensures that the house was completed so it would be the most appealing once it hit the market. Once it hit the market it had multiple offers within 2 weeks in what was a challenging market for the price point. He saw this sale through all the way to the end!! My husband found Carlos to sell my elderly Father-in-Law’s house. Things were moving so fast, that I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. My husband dealt with the Loaded Agent Team more than I did, but he gave me updates on what Carlos’s team was doing and as I started seeing things progressing, I realized that the Loaded Agents were experienced professionals. They took care of clearing out and cleaning up the inside and outside of the house. They made repairs to items that needed attention and even brought the title company to our home for the closing meeting due to my FIL not being very mobile. From the beginning Carlos was transparent about his process and the things he would do for you. He is the only one out there that did his research on the property and comps.
