Most recently we have sold and purchased a home near TCU. In every transaction, Kirk is responsive, scrupulously honest, not afraid to tell me when I was being unreasonable, but most importantly ALWAYS willing to listen during what is always a stressful time in our lives. PLUS he knows the FTW real estate market as good as anyone possibly can. Cannot recommend enough!

Its difficult to put into words how this man touched my life. I was in an extremely difficult situation - needing desperately to sell my home in a timely manner. Much was at stake if I failed. In walked Kirk. From the very first encounter with this consummate gentleman, he put my mind at ease. I was SO impressed by his ability to maneuver through every terrain with the utmost knowledge and professionalism. My world was in chaos on other levels, so unfortunately my emotions got the better of me at times. Kirk showed genuine compassion, and it wasnt an act. He miraculously stayed on top of each issue that arose, and fought for me like I was family. I was literally speechless, and often in awe at the lengths he went to on my behalf. To summarize my experience, it far exceeded my expectations. That is a true rarity for me. Choose another realtor? I think not.
