I honestly could not have asked for a better group to help me through the process of buying my first home. Shanna Cortinas was there for me every step of the way, always very responsive to my texts and calls, no matter the time. She was solely focused on mine and my daughter’s best interests. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that this experience was stress free and actually enjoyable! She kept me updated throughout the process and I was able to relax knowing she was working on things behind the scenes. She is an irreplaceable asset to this company. Her communication skills, work ethic and personality are unmatched. Communication could have been better on the transaction side of things, it was difficult to actually speak to Elisha on the phone. There was always a reason why she couldn’t answer the phone or return a call, but she was available through text/email and she helped facilitate a quick and easy closing. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. I felt like I had a trusted friend in my corner.
