Howdy from Texas!Just want to share what I believe to be the ultimate Sellers Dream...Within one month after meeting with Jake (8/8/24); my house had been evaluated, staged and photos taken. The following week it was listed (9/12/24) and one (1) open house was held that same weekend. Multiple showings were held over the next seven (7) days and consequently a full offer was made (9/22/24) and accepted after being on market for just over one (1) week.From beginning to end, Jake & his Team communicated with me every step of the way during the sale of my home making it truly a joy to work with such fine people😊This review in no way can convey the true level of professionalism and competence The Jake Moore Group provides.Respectfully submitted,

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake. If only we had known of him when we first moved here. We had a horrible experience with a horrible realtor and finding Jake after the fact made everything better. We have used Jake for purchasing our second home here and leasing our first. His communication skills are top-notch and he truly has a heart for his clients and the business. He is very trustworthy and a solid guy.

We started talking to Jake early in the process when we had questions about a potential house we were thinking of buying. He was patient, kind, servant-hearted and full of wisdom. Selling and purchasing a new home to say the least is stressful. However, Jake, being knowledgeable of the housing market, well connected and an ability to attend to details made our experience so memorable and rewarding. Jake’s engaging personality, honesty/ integrity coupled with a tenacity and an problem-solving mindset, generated only successful outcomes. My husband and I were so pleased with Jake’s expertise that we recommended him to our friends and family. To this date, he sold my home, my sister’s home and my niece’s home. In addition, Jake mentored my niece and her husband in the purchasing their next home. Overall, Jake became more than a realtor but a friend. Our family was planning a cross country move from Washington State to Texas and Jake and his wife, Morgan, were the perfect combo for not only educating us on the area, but finding us the perfect home.Jake was able to do several virtual tours for us until we landed on “the one” and then we were able to get it under contract and tour it in person once we flew down to Texas.Jake has incredible negotiating skills. He is kind and patient and my husband and I always felt looked after. We recently sold our home in Eado (Houston) with Jake as our listing agent. Jake was referred to us from one our friends and one of Mr. Moores many satisfied and happy customers. Our friends told us we would enjoy working with Jake and that he was very good at his job. Our friends were correct!In deciding with whom to list our home, we received listing presentations from 3 different agents from 3 different brokers, Keller Williams, Weichert Relators and Jakes firm. Of the three, Jake had done the most through job on finding comps that helped support a higher asking price.However, this was not the reason we chose Jake, we chose him because his demeaner and personality are very warm and welcoming. As they say you get one chance to make a first impression and when we met Jake Moore we were instantly impressed. Jake proved to be honest, hard working and sincerely interested in us as people. He was genuinely concerned that we would find the right house for us. Buying in this somewhat post-Covid limited housing market was extremely challenging and Jake never wavered in his commitment to us. I would use Jake again to either buy on sell.

Even though he knew their house buying process was going to be different he was willing to take the challenge. I knew our house would sell quickly in this market. And I knew it would be hard to buy in this market. We needed a realtor that would get us top dollar for our house (which Jake did), and also make the buying and negotiating process seamless (which Jake did).I was impressed with Jakes responsiveness to questions I had, and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with both transactions (selling and buying). I like to do my own research, but found I really didnt have to - because Jake had the answers to my questions sometimes before I even asked them.Jake was able to deal with the pressure and urgency of a quick sell and purchase of our new home without skipping a beat. 5 stars for responsiveness, professionalism, and real estate knowledge.
