Huggins Home Team came in after my home had been on the market for three months with no luck. Their team showed up the day I called them and had landscapers, handymen, and a staging company there that same weekend. In the first week on the market, I had twice the number of showings that I had the previous three months. We got an offer within 30 days and closed within 60 days from the time I first called.
