Madison was truly exceptional. I was referred to her by a co-worker. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her.Madison was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. My wife and I just relocated to Amarillo, Tx. From Wichita Falls, Tx. There were hurdles due to just starting a new job. Since it’s fully commissioned, lenders were needing me to be employed for a longer period of time to gather more information on my income. She worked tirelessly to find me a lender that would approve my loan shorted amount of time. In 60 days after arriving in Amarillo we were buying our home. She did an amazing job in finding my wife’s dream house. Not only did she find a lender but she was instrumental in facilitating that both closings (house in Wichita Falls we sold, and our new home in Amarillo) close 11 days early.Madison will work with you to make your desires a reality.
