The Frenk Team always goes ABOVE & BEYOND their call of duty, making the home buying process seamless and smooth. I always swore I was never going to move again (buy or sell) because the process was stressful and trying. They proved me wrong by making the home selling and buying process so easy that we forgot a few times we were in the midst of the process. We turned a professional relationship into a friendship and will turn to them for all of future our real estate transactions.

I have known the Frenk Team for 3 years. This couple has been the most helpful realtor that I have ever known. I got transferred from California and thanks so much to this couple because they were able to get me a new house and have me settled in 2 weeks.They are super friendly, especially Felicity, and I have no doubt telling all my friends about them.A big 5 STARS to them. Name a better duo. You cant.The Frenk Team is here for YOU. I was introduced to Felicity through a family member when I started to search for my first home. My husband and I honestly knew very little about the process of buying, but it didnt matter because they explained everything to our level of understanding. I never once felt like I was bothering them with questions, and when it came to paperwork, it was a BREEZE. There are so many people in this industry, its hard to pick through who is good and who isnt. I am beyond happy with our purchase and can proudly say over 2 years later, I still keep in touch with them. You will not regret having them on your side. Much love to them!

I have nothing but good to say about these realtors! They helped us find a house when we first move to Houston which was not easy, as I was very picky! They always answer their phones when I called and were always ready on a moments notice to help with any part of the buying process. They helped my daughter and also her friends find homes in the area. They have their finger on the pulse of everything happening on the real estate platform in Houston area. We could not be happier with their professionalism. I felt like they were friends giving us the family package because they were there for us no matter what we needed. And they do that for EVERYONE!! They just helped us sell our house in Manvel, Texas. It needed some updates and they gave us recommendations for reputable businesses to do that for us. Yes, you will feel like family when these guys are finished helping you through your real estate journey. I can honestly say that they are the best realtors in the Houston Area.
