It would be impossible to put into words how wonderful of an experience we had with Brooke and AJ! We worked with them for over a year designing our new build and they were with us from before we even signed our contract with the builder to the actual closing appointment for our new home. Their joint knowledge in the new construction field is unmatched! Brooke accompanied us to every single design appointment and thoughtfully input her opinions, which was beyond helpful. Her knowledge of design and style is top notch! AJ noticed things during our pre construction, pre dry wall, and final walkthrough meetings that no one else noticed! Brooke and AJ nailed for us! We relocated from Hawaii. I was only able to come visit the area once. They handled everything in Texas while we were in Hawaii. He was very attentive to are needs and always had are best intrest at hand with are new build that we decieded on. He spoke with us for about a half hour about North Dallas. We flew out there last week to check out the area. AJ met with us and gave us a tour of Windsong Ranch. We looked at some homes, and asked a million questions that he was more than happy to answer. He was very patient and really cared about what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. Working with AJ Taylor was a fantastic experience!AJ was recommended to me from a friend in the area. As a first time homebuyer I had a million questions, was unfamiliar with the process, and was on a budget. It would have been easy for a seasoned real estate agent such as himself who usually works with homes twice as expensive as my budget, to be impatient or not give any attention to my specific needs. This was not the case at all.AJ was patient, listened to what was important to my spouse and myself, answered all my questions, made me feel confident, and tailored everything as needed to make sure we found the perfect home within our budget. He also helped us find a mortgage broker that was able to help us in our specific circumstances, and even negotiated 25k off the list price of our home!After the sale AJ followed up to see how we were doing, helped us find a GC, landscaper, and anything else we needed help with to get started in the area. Is it worth having a realtor list your home for sale? Absolutely yes...if you use the right team!I move a lot. Ive sold 5 homes in less than 15 years and Ive worked with many Realtors (many of whom were good friends) with no complaints. HOWEVER, I have never had such an amazing experience selling a home as I did recently with the Finnigan Taylor Team.AJ and Brooke were true partners throughout the entire process. They priced my home well, advised me on staging my home (Brooke has impeccable taste), and helped me get ready for the photo shoot (with HGTV-worthy results). They recommended service professionals for repairs, landscaping and cleaning that were trustworthy and reasonably priced. AJ even picked up a vacuum and a pool skimmer before a last minute showing while I wrangled my 2 dogs.We received 3 offers in 3-days, all over-asking. Perhaps the most valuable part of the process from a financial perspective is how well AJ negotiated the price and other details. The back and forth can be stressful and because I trusted them, I was protected from making decisions that werent in my best interest while still feeling that the terms were fair - something that is very important to me. Because Brooke and AJ had also negotiated a back-up offer, I didnt have to worry about a buyer backing out or a lender issue. The team also proactively verified that the prospective buyers were qualified for the purchase price.AJ and Brooke more than earned their commission. Had I done this on my own, I would have made far less on my home. Because I knew they had my back and that everything was buttoned up, I felt comfortable spending 10-days in Portugal just before the closing date. Without question or hesitation I give AJ and Brooke my highest recommendation. As long as I live in North Dallas, they are my Realtors.... and my friends and family plan to engage them as well!

We were introduced to AJ with the Finnigan Taylor Team when we first came from California to visit our daughter and family who had moved to Prosper, Texas. He showed us around several times during our short visit and we got very familiar with the area and all the important things in deciding on where we might want to live. .We went back to California and AJ was always in touch with us. Providing us updates on what was going on in the area that we had interest in. It was nice because being a realtor myself in California, I know what I expect from a realtor and he was above the bar as far as updating and giving the right information that we had requested. So we were very ready to make another trip out and look physically at some homes.We came back out from California to meet AJ to look at homes that we wanted to consider for purchase and thats exactly what we got done in a few days. Saw a lot of houses and made a decision to buy the right house that we have moved into and love so much.Living in California and having a realtor like AJ was what we needed to minimize our time and find the home we needed and not continue to search endlessly. This review deserves 10 stars, not 5 and here are the reasons:1-You are dealing with 2 savvy real estate professionals who shrewdly put themselves in your position and work smoothly for you while you are still there, but really not doing anything! 2 strong, well known agents with tons of connections and respect in the community you probably want to buy or sell in.2-Brooke and AJ (my new neighbor) helped us sell our home in a tough market while also securing a beautiful lot with a great builder for us. They helped us immensely towards the end with all the walk arounds and things the builder should change before closing. (this is a very important step) Of course they help you with design centre and all through the process but this step is crucial because it makes or breaks the final products quality!To top it off, you get to say HI to them every time you go to the Windsong Kroger and I go there a lot!
