Real estate can be stressful. For everyone. Days after going under contract on a new house our family was hit with the darkest event we would personally face, maybe ever. If we did not have Evan and his team by our side, we would have crumbled. Seriously. I cannot stress enough how important this group has been in our lives. My wife and I first started looking for a house almost a year ago. We felt in our lives it wasn’t good timing but had been communicating with Rachel Johnson. Then close to December I reached back out to her to tell her we were ready. She never was pushy or made us feel like we had to do what we weren’t comfortable with. As a first time homeowner we both needed the experience that she offered in helping us make smart decisions. I gave Rachel what I wanted and my wife told her what she wanted and then maybe a week later Rachel had found us our dream home that met both our wants. Through the whole process answering my calls at any hour of the day and being supportive in the decisions we were making. Kept us on track the whole time to a swift quick closing. The one thing I was super appreciative of is if she didn’t know something she didn’t make an excuse but got an answer and got back to us. I hope to never sell or have to buy another home but without hesitation we’ll be going to Rachel and I will always recommend her to my friends and family! Thank yall so much!

Bottom line: Go with Chelsie and Evan Ballow if you need a realtor!!!Ok, this is where you need 10 stars because 5 stars simply does not do justice. First off, she responded within 30 minutes of reaching out (some never respond or reach out after a couple of days or spam you with listings). They are constantly in touch and communicate updates as they happen. She was readily available when needed and took the initiative in a lot of dealings with the seller. If you have had a good or bad experience, Chelsie will give you an exceptional experience, 100% satisfaction, and will always look for your best interest throughout the buying process.
