Weve sold three of our homes with Derrik and each time we got what we were looking for. Derrik does a great job of creating buzz before the home goes on the market. We had a full-price offer for our home in 78745 30mins after the sign went up in the front yard - no exaggeration. Our condo downtown also had a full price offer within a day or two of going on the market, despite some serious construction going on just out front of our window.Both of our last two home purchases were not easy deals but every time we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. We have dealt with issues with the condo we wanted to buy being unwarrantable, the HOA being defunct for our current Bouldin town home, and the seller being very difficult for our town home. The seller even verbally accepted our offer and then turned it down 10 hours later when another offer came in. But Derrik worked with us and the seller to renegotiate the sale. Derrik gives great recommendations but is also respectful of our wishes if ever we choose to go our own way. Hes awesome to work with, works very hard and has expert knowledge of the Austin real estate market, particularly the hot Austin neighborhoods where we always seem to find ourselves looking. He and the people he works with continue to be essential for us as Austin home owners. We have been very happy with the homes he has helped us buy and sell, both as investments and as great places to live.

Derrik is an outstanding agent and is able to work well with Builders while maintaining the best interests of his clients! I would absolutely recommend him and I hope to see him soon in another Hayes Builders home!
