We had the best experience with the sale of our home! Christy is an expert in her field. She knew exactly how to market our home for an optimal price and a speedy sale. Christy, Ryan, and Tracy were very supportive, quick to respond to any issues that arose, and extremely professional. The team works so well together with optimal customer service skills. They really know their business! We cant thank them enough for all of their help! If you are in need of a realty team- these folks are the best!

I’ve worked with Christy and her team on buying my home back in 2017 and now selling my home last week. Both times have been a wonderful experience. Everything was very seamless and she walked me through every step since it was my first time buying a home AND selling! I always felt comfortable asking about anything I didn’t know. She knew the best price to list my home even while there were multiple homes in my neighborhood listed. I also live in another state and Christy and her assistant Tracy were ready and willing to do whatever I needed to get my home ready. In a weeks time, I had an offer and by the end of the month, my home was sold. Highly recommend the Christen Horne team!!!

Christy Horne and her team went above and beyond my expectations! The property that I purchased was initially zoned NC, but Christy helped me get it rezoned to residential. She accompanied me to meetings with the city, helped me in the application process, and went with me to the Planning and Zoning and city council meetings. She organized a sweep of the surrounding homes, leaving a packet that included a letter to the city to support me. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but Christy and her team impressed me so much that I can’t help but sing her praises. Several months ago, my wife and I started the journey of looking for our first home. We had done our homework and had the best loan officer (Patricia Mahoney) who referred us to Christy. I contacted Christy and we began the house search. I knew immediately that my wife and I found someone who was outgoing, understanding, knowledgeable and not pushy. Christy and her team went out of their way so many times to protect us and accommodate us!! Christy’s integrity especially stood out to us, as she steered us away from a house we were interested in because the results of the inspection were below her expectations. We are now in a perfect home and couldn’t be more grateful for Christy’s honest and wise advice. If you are looking for the best real estate agent in the DFW area, you found her in Christy Horne. I cant speak highly enough of our experience with Harley Brosh. As a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place, it was a bit of an intimidating experience to get into . She made me feel good about it every step of the way. She is honest and hands-on, striving to make sure I was informed of every little detail; and she really helped to take some of the pressure off of meI never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one and ended up being a house that many others were very interested in. Harley walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It seemed an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Harley for that every day! I would recommend to anybody that they use Harley as their realtor, as she is a kind, honest, determined individual that I know has her clients best interest at heart.
