Five stars arent enough to measure how pleased I am with Cathy Stubbs and her team as they represented me with the sale of my home in Silver Ridge. Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and has the experience to back up all of her recommendations for the sale. She and Listing Coordinator Tracy Beyl know what they are doing and are proactive about recommending what prospective buyers are looking for. And their recommendations are spot on. My house was on the market for 6 short days after it was initially listed. I happily accepted an offer for the full listing price.But Cathys team didnt stop there. Tracy Weiss, Director of Operations, was tremendously helpful as we prepared for closing. Everyone on the team, including Robbie Jones, the buyers specialist and also a member of Cathys team, was willing to assist not only the buyers, but me as well as we navigated the twists and turns of the closing process. When the buyers directed questions to me about the house, I was pleased that Robbie and the rest of the team communicated my responses to them professionally and promptly.I have already recommended Cathy and her team my neighbors in Silver Ridge and to anyone else whos asked, and Ive done so unequivocally and without hesitation. Cathy is incredibly professional, honest, kind, and transparent. Her team is knowledgeable, responsive, always willing to assist, and nothing short of amazing.
