Excellent service, knowledge and reliability! I am so impressed with the knowledge and experience Janice and Nicette have. They have lived in the area for over 50 years and have seen the growth and development of the surrounding cities. Its so nice to have that insight from people who have raised families here and are knowledgeable about the schools and neighborhoods. Janice has seen so many of the neighborhoods start from the beginning, and is a wealth of knowledge. She and Nicette know so much about the builders, that it gave us peace of mind in purchasing. It helped us determine where we wanted to live, and the builders who would best support us if any issues arise. I cannot give Janice and Nicette enough stars for all their hard work! My parents initially worked with Janice, who set them up with their house that theyve enjoyed for the last 25 years (as well as the home I grew up in). My wife and I decided to get help from Nicette (and Janice) getting our first house. While we didnt have the highest budget, Nicette was profoundly dedicated in helping us find our right house at every turn – anticipating our needs, frequently checking in with us, and helping with particular tasks that we wouldn’t have been able to! She was even mindful of showing us properties that might have cats (to which she learned early on that I was allergic to). Since we closed, theyve continued being a valuable resource – helping us with recommendations about who to help with what (inspections, cleanings, those sort of things) - and I cannot recommend them enough! They have been there the entire way. They are both phenomenal and great to work with.
