We sold our home with the Ashton Agency, and had the smoothest experience. Our realtor, Ivana, was with us through the entire process on both the buy and sell side. She was always mindful on our timeline whether we wanted to speed up the process or slow it down with both instances, which meant a lot to us as these are big decisions. As first home buyers we were unfamiliar with the process, but having Ivana as our realtor made the experience less stressful. She is confident and knowledgable about the industry, which is evident in how hard she works for her clients. We moved to another state, but if we ever even consider going back to Texas, she will be one of the first to know. Many realtors get their clients through referrals, so consider this a referral - you wont regret it!

Ivana brought a high level of integrity and service each and every time we spoke. She has a strategic mindset that goes above the level of expectation one has of a realtor. During the entire home buying process, I felt I had professional guidance on an unmatched level. Never once did we have a difficult time reaching her. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no more than 5 minutes later. She was in constant communication with us and often would preemptively accomplish tasks or tackle obstacles. I’m telling you, every single step of the process, we were so thankful for her expertise.We purchased a new home construction in a crazy rising interest environment.
