Great company to buy from. Ive purchased two places, and never had any problems. Lived in my first home 3 years was able to get a new home in a location that better suited my needs. The staff in office was very understanding,and friendly when I told them I was getting a different place. Purchased another place from them about 4 years ago, and its been a great experience. Great company to purchase from, and very understanding if a guy gets in a bind.

We just celebrated our first year living at our new property and we couldnt be more happy! Bob and his group have been so easy to work with, especially when I had knee surgery and had to be late on a payment. They were very understanding and worked with us. I highly recommend them. Without them we wouldnt have been able to find our perfect spot!!

I am currently buying two homes from AFI, they have a good selection of homes for sale and always helpful when I call to look for more. I have seen some bad reviews and i know that i check the home over well before i pull the trigger. And most importantly i pay my mortgages, maybe not on time every time, but they have a grace period that is very reasonable. Bottom line, I make sure that Im buying a home that will serve me well and that I can pay for them. I will definitely continue doing business with Anglin Family Investments.

AFI is a great place to rent from. Bob is awesome, maintenance is awesome, Jeanne at the front desk is incredible! The homes are much older and you definitely dont get what you pay for monthly when it comes to. But! They are great if youre looking into owning your home, and dont have the credit enough to do so.Essentially, you pay one way or another. We have been established in our home since February of 2019.

Really easy to get in touch with and easy to move in and sign paperwork. These people are really friendly as well. Moving was made a little bit easier because of these people. Thanks so much to the staff and everyone I worked with for a much easier move. Loving our new home as well.

I purchased a house from AFI and kept it for over 4 years. When I first moved it I found a few problems and AFI promptly sent a service man out to fix all issues. While living there AFI was easy to work with and lenient when I let them know something came up and my payment would be a little late. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a rent to own home.

Anglin provides an opportunity for anyone to become a home owner - regardless of credit history. Need a second chance to become a responsible home owner, buy an Anglin home. Dont expect a free ride.They will work with you on unexpected repairs, which is more than a conventional lender will do. Not the best home source for AAA buyers but best option out there if you dont have a pristine credit history!

Helped me find a home at age 24. No one would even give me a chance because of my age and lack of credit. 6 years later they have helped my family through the COVID layoffs and getting a new roof. Its a little more money than if I had waited and built credit but it was worth it for me.
