My fiancee and I found The Agency Texas after we requested to tour a home for purchase. Within hours of requesting that tour, we decided we want to rent one more year and buy next year. I thought the story would end there, but The Agency Texas set us up with realtor Beth Martin who also shows rental properties.After a challenging 2024, my fiancée and I were desperate for a fresh start in a new home. We had a few things working against us when it came to the odds of us being approved to rent a nice home, and we felt nervous and vulnerable.We felt that way until we met Beth, that is. As soon as we met, we felt instantly comfortable with Beth. It was immediately evident that Beth leads with kindness, empathy, and integrity. So bad, that we signed a lease to wait a while so we could take our time with the home search. Hello, I wanted to take a moment to leave my experience with Nazanin Garcia. I came into contact with Nazanin while I was inquiring about some undeveloped land in Granger Texas. From the very beginning Nazanin was very informative, responsive & honest. This was the very start of our home search. For about a year Nazanin stayed in contact with us. She showed us houses in Granger TX. We were still trying to figure out where we wanted to move. Nazanin was very patient, kind & available for when we decided we wanted to view a home. Nazanin picked up on what our family was needing & she quickly set up a personal home link search for us with the areas we were interested in so we could narrow our search down & Keep up to date with what was available for our timeline. I have to give MASSIVE props to Giselle - she was a phenomenal teammate during our recent transaction. I was on the financing side - and partially through the home purchase we were able to provide the buyer with some better financing solutions than their current lender. Giselle was excited about the pivot and kept in contact with my team and I. You can really tell that she cares about the treatment of her clients. If you are looking at buying a home I highly recommend working with Giselle - she is fun, energetic, but also one heck of a negotiator! If you do not work with an Agent - give her a call - if you already work with an Agent - I would make sure you are cross referencing how their customer service compares to Giselles

We highly recommend working with Realtor Alan Foskey at the Agency Texas. As first-time homebuyers, we were a bit daunted by the process which turns out to be fairly complex. Alan patiently explained each step making the experience feel pretty easy. He also gave us honest feedback about the homes we toured including pros/cons so we never felt like we were being pressured to buy, instead, we felt comfortable making an informed decision. Alan also recommended lenders he works with, which turned out great, we had a very quick close (around 1 month) without any hiccups. He was assigned to us and I was hesitant but decided to go with it and see how things went. First time I met him, he was very courteous and nice. He was patient and not pushy as we walked the first property. After that when ever we would call him to look at a property he was prompt on making the appointment and giving all the details about the home at the time of inquiry. I had many of my friends refer realtors to me and even have realtor friends but stuck with Jeremiah. He never missed anything. My wife and I moved to Austin, Texas from Phoenix, Arizona. We wanted to be close to my son and his family based in College Station, Texas. We are both retired. A few months before moving, I started searching for homes on the internet and got connected with Michelle Torres, a realtor associated with The Agency Texas. Michelle began to search for homes according to our requirements and started sending information on potential homes periodically. On our arrival at Austin, Michelle met with us and took us to tour several homes. The housing market in Austin is very competitive. Every home that we saw and made offers on received 30 to 40 offers and got sold within a few days at 15 to 20% over the asking prices. Michelle worked very hard to carefully screen all the listed homes prior to our viewings and guided us to make competitive bids. We got rejected on six homes in the first few days. We became desperate and wanted to buy a home ASAP. On the fifth day, Michelle skillfully guided us to make a bid on a home and diligently negotiated with the listing agent and we were able to sign a contract. Michelle was excellent in promptly responding to all our questions and helped us tremendously to go through all the paperwork for timely execution of the closing documents. We signed a contract on February 7 th and closed the sale on March 3rd. All credits go to Michelle. Without her help, we would not have been able to buy a house in such a brief period of time.
