I know this review is long, but it might be worth your time to read through this, especially since youll be making a huge investment. I wish I had detailed reviews when I first started looking for a house. Anyways, here goes...I want to highly encourage anyone who is interested in moving to the Dallas-Forth Worth (DFW) area and is searching for a licensed realtor to contact Mr. Vince Tharp. You have nothing to lose but a lot to gain.I found him completely by chance. I was searching an online real estate site and my call was transferred without an explanation. I was told, please hold, Im transferring your call. When that happens it usually doesnt end well for me. In this case, it was a blessing in disguise.That was the first time I met Vince. He was honest and straight forward from the get-go. Hes a straight shooter. What a breath of fresh air!He worked with me tirelessly. Im living in South Texas and he helped me overcome numerous obstacles while I was doing long-distance searches for a place in North Dallas. He kept offering to go to any of the houses I was interested in and send photos to me so I didnt have to keep making the long trek upI-35. He kept finding ways to work with me through my challenging predicaments. He worked his tail off for me.His customer service is exceptional. He was completely dedicated to helping me (and still is). I know he had other clients as well, but he never made me feel rushed or hurried. He was patient with me at all times. I feel he sincerely cared about me. I got the impression that meeting all my needs that come with the home buying experience mattered to him a lot.He is an excellent communicator. Hes detailed and thorough in his explanations and makes sure you understand. He offers valuable advice. He encouraged me to hire a 3rd party house inspector. Im so glad I did. I asked for a referral and his referral was outstanding.I find him to be precise, organized, and on top of every detail. Vince follows through and always gets back to you- no matter how small the detail is.Hes very passionate about his profession and it comes through by his positive energy. Its infectious.I observed Vince as being an excellent team builder. I noticed he worked well with me, the Builder, and the two Community Sales Managers of the subdivision I will soon be calling home. He had a leadership skill that got all of us working in sync and together, moving in the same direction to help me reach my goal of owning a home. He helped make that dream come true.I found out after the fact that Vince is listed in D Magazine as a Best Real Estate Agent for 2022, 2021, and 2020. I can see why his peers and home buyers thought of him so highly. In my opinion, it is well deserved.I know this review is long, but I felt the need to share with all those who are looking for a home in the DFW area. Hope this helps you.
