    Allen Sullivan is an ideal realtor and I strongly recommend him to anyone. I picked Allen because of his strong reviews on Zillow. Allen was very patient with my wife and me as we churned back and forth on what we wanted. (And we put Allen through alot of churn.) Allen is very organized and responsive. He is very knowledgeable of real estate and with each house we looked at, he guided us through the decision making. Given the turbulent market conditions we’re in, he was a real blessing in helping us navigate these treacherous waters. He is not out to push just any deal and let us lead. He steered me clear of some properties that had huge red flags, but I couldn’t have known on my own. He was like a bloodhound sussing out risks.Allen also has a very good team of other experts that he works with. Notably, Jae Robert, who helped us through our financing. She is great at finding solutions to each situation and executes very well. Allen will work with any lender, it’s just that he and Jae make such a great team.Long story short, we found a property at a great price that we couldn’t be happier with. All thanks to Allen! Again, I strongly recommend Allen if you’re looking for a real partner in a real estate agent.

    My husband I were moving from Louisiana back to Texas when the market exploded, and it was hard to find a home. Kelly Hale, with Texas Real Estate Executives, was ready to go! She was on top of setting up appointments for us several times a week. She never stopped! We were able to find a home we both enjoy and will for years to come.

    We met James and Pamala Wright the first week of August after sending a message about a house we saw on REALTOR.com. I had so much fun exploring that first house with them. Talking out ideas about the house. We decided it wasnt the one, but asked them if they would be our realtors and show us more houses. We found we had a lot in common with this younger couple. Sharing the same values and love of the outdoors and of course Jeeps! They showed us two more houses the next day and we fell in love with the second one. Our offer was accepted the same day. We thought it would be a smooth ride, we already had our pre-qualification letter from the mortgage company. We changed mortgage companies and then went back to the original company. Several issues out of our control and the slowest mortgage company ever set us out several months. Pamala and James stuck with us, encouraged us and prayed with us. They did so much. Pamala finally called the loan officers manager and told him this was not acceptable. We were clear to close 3 days later. I cant say enough about how much these two cared about our journey. I can say I have new friends for life. I recommend James and Pamala and this company! Thanks again for all you did for us. Many thanks from the Alversons.

    Crissy Drennan was our realtor, and she was awesome. She went way above to help us, as we were moving back to Texas from Tennessee. Our home in TN had sold and we only had 3 weeks to find a new home, close on it and move. We found what we thought was the perfect home, and Crissy helped us find a home inspector and got that set up for us. Off to TN we go to start the move. Knowing we were crunched for time and was on the road a lot, she kept tabs on the inspection and emailed to us the minute she received it. Boy were we shocked at the problems found that we could not see. But she was already ahead on what we needed to do. Problem solved. While we were still on the road, she was looking for us a house. By the time we were back in town she had some houses for us to look at. We found again a great house and she took care of getting the home inspection done for us, since once again we were on the road back to TN to get the rest of our belongings. Over the years we have used a number of realtors, and none have helped us like Crissy. She made us feel more like family than customers. Any time someone talks about selling their home, I give them Crissy’s phone number and tell them you won’t be disappointed.
